Former Shorebirds in Spring Training
On Wednesday, seven former Shorebirds played in the Orioles Spring Training game against the Phillies. Here is a look at what they did.
Matt Angle – 1-2, RBI (stolen base)
Tyler Henson – 0-1
Ryan Adams – 0-1
Joe Mahoney – 1-3
Brandon Snyder – 1-1
Pedro Florimon, Jr. – 1-1
Zach Britton – 2.0 IP, 2 H, 0 R, 1 SO (Ryan Howard)
Not bad for a group of guys making their debuts at the major league level.
On a separate note, I was driving into work today at the stadium and I noticed a bunch of people crowded below the line scoreboard at Perdue Stadium. They are scheduled to begin installing the brand new line scoreboard today! I will post some pictures when the work begins.
